OTHER: We regularly update the food and clothing we have available, and you are welcome to visit as often as needed. Diapers may be available depending on donations.

We Serve: We serve people and households who live in Washington State. Please check income guidelines on website. Income is self-reported and we do not require paperwork. You and your family can come to the Food Bank to shop for groceries and needed items, much like in a grocery store setting. On Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., there is a Senior Serve hour by appointment (for those age 60+). We Provide: The Food Bank offers a variety of staple food items such as rice, beans, canned goods, milk, meat, and fresh produce. When available, we also provide non food items like diapers, toiletries, and pet food. Other: Sign up online before your first visit. On a distribution day, come to the Food Bank. Get a number ticket (either in person or via virtual queue). When your number is called, check in and shop. The Food Bank does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

We Serve: The Clothing Bank is open to everyone — men, women, and children of all ages — regardless of income or background. We Provide: The Clothing Bank offers new and gently used clothing for people in need. Anyone can “shop” for clothing at no charge, choosing items that fit and suit their household. In addition to everyday clothing, there is a back‑to‑school event (in mid‑August) where backpacks, school supplies, and clothing are provided. The Caring Place also offers diapers, toiletries, and other essential items, along with support to connect with other community resources. Residents in Stanwood-Camano may shop 1x per month and all other residents may shop 1x every other month. Other: There are no special requirements or documents needed to use the Clothing Bank. The only information request is name and date of birth.

We Serve: We serve individuals, children, and families in Stanwood, Camano Island, and surrounding areas who are facing challenges affording basic needs, maintaining stability, or navigating support systems. Our services are available to people of all abilities. We Provide: Assistance for rent, utilities, school or work supplies, fuel (for transportation), emergency food when the local food bank is unavailable, prescription medication, parent support group, play and learn groups, free or low-cost glasses and hearing aids and resource navigation. Other: For emergency financial assistance, clients must live in the Stanwood Camano school district and meet income qualifications. Call for an appointment with the resource coordinator.

We Serve: People without health insurance or with limited insurance (“underinsured”) are welcome. Our primary service area includes residents of Snohomish, Skagit, and Island counties (and sometimes nearby areas). We aim to reach people who lack affordable access to regular medical care, and who need help with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, or preventive services. We Provide: Same‑Day Clinic / Urgent care plus services such as Chronic Care, Respiratory Care, Women’s Health Care, Procedures, Laboratory, Cardiology, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Counseling and Mental Health Support, and dental. Other: You must be uninsured or underinsured (i.e. your insurance doesn’t cover needed care or you have a very high deductible). For the Dental Clinic specifically (operated with partners), there is an additional requirement that your household income be at or below 250 % of the Federal Poverty Level. Services are offered for free or at very low cost (i.e. “little or no cost”) depending on financial need.

OTHER: The Garage of Blessings is available to anyone in need with no documentation required. Each shopper can fill one bag plus five extra items that do not fit in a bag

WE PROVIDE: Series of classes conducted by early learning specialists. Sessions include instruction in learning development, games, and activates for babies and toddlers. Parents receive free learning toys to encourage fun and growth at home.

Early Enrichment is a free program for parents, caregivers and children ages 2-5 years old that provides a fun morning of art, stories, and sensory experiences in the museum galleries. The program typically takes a break during the summer.

Tulalip Health System offers comprehensive dental care services, including preventative exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Their skilled team provides restorative procedures, root canals, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and dental implants, along with a specialized orthodontic program for enrolled Tulalip Tribal members.

Diapers are available to existing patients.

Low-income families who receive assistance from programs like WIC and TANF may be able to receive a set of cloth diapers for free.

WE SERVE: Families with newborns and pregnant mothers in Island County. WE PROVIDE: Visits from experienced public health nurses who provide guidance and care for you and your baby, including breastfeeding and answers to questions about your baby's health and development. These visits can take place in your home, at a public location, in our offices, or even over the phone—whatever works best for you.

WE SERVE: We support all parents and caregivers in Island County who are raising children from birth to age 5. Our services are available to everyone—no referral, diagnosis, or specific screening is required. We especially focus on families who may not qualify for other community resources. WE PROVIDE: In-home visits, parent coaching to address parenting concerns and build confidence, prenatal and postnatal support, developmental support including managing challenging behaviors and establishing daily routines, and resource connection to community resources and services that may be beneficial. Early literacy and healthy relationships are supported by participating pediatric clinicians at well-child visits, birth through age 5. At each well-child visit, the child is given a new book to keep. Pediatric clinicians coach, model, and affirm positive behaviors and effective book-sharing techniques, building a  positive and trusted relationship with the family. Offers a free cloth diaper distribution program providing new & gently used cloth diapers for children 0-3. Mails diapers to qualifying families on loan and carries sizes newborn, one size, and extended sizes (fitting 36 to 55 pounds).
