Offers an emergency shelter for women & children struggling with homelessness in Skagit County. Residents may live in the shelter for up to 90 days while working on an individual action plan developed with House Managers. Friendship House provides residents with meals, clothing, personal care items and supportive services during their stay. Residents are required to be sober to stay in the shelters.
