SPARC’s Preschool Program offers formal preschool education and therapy services to children aged 3-5 years in the Mount Vernon School District. Each child with disabilities receives an Individual Education Plan (IEP), developed collaboratively with the family to establish personalized goals and objectives. Preschool programming runs on half day sessions.

SPARC’s Children’s Therapy program is one of 18 Neurodevelopment centers in Washington State. SPARC provides therapy services for children aged birth through 12, with neuromuscular and/or developmental disorders.
Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) program serves children 0-18, who have or are at risk of developing, serious physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions. Program staff helps connect them and their families to the health and related services they need to thrive. This service also provides diagnostic services for children with Autism. The SMART Team assists local families with timely access to Autism evaluation and referrals to local supports and services. Anyone can make a referral for a child including medical professionals, school districts, service providers, and parents.
