WE SERVE: We support all parents and caregivers in Island County who are raising children from birth to age 5. Our services are available to everyone—no referral, diagnosis, or specific screening is required. We especially focus on families who may not qualify for other community resources. WE PROVIDE: In-home visits, parent coaching to address parenting concerns and build confidence, prenatal and postnatal support, developmental support including managing challenging behaviors and establishing daily routines, and resource connection to community resources and services that may be beneficial. The Incredible Years is a parenting curriculum for parents of children ages 2-8. Participants can self-refer or be referred by a social worker. There is no cost to attend.

The New Parent Support Program is a team made up of nurses, social workers and home visitation specialists who offer support and guidance by helping military parents build strong bond with their infants and toddlers and build a strong support network. This service is available to families from pregnancy until the child turns 3 years old.

The CAPA/PREPARES program provides diapers, wipes, formula every 30 days with no appointment necessary. Other items such as strollers, pack and plays, high chairs, and baby clothing are offered every 60 days and need to be ordered beforehand.
