The Incredible Years is a parenting curriculum for parents of children ages 2-8. Participants can self-refer or be referred by a social worker. The class meets once-a-week for 18 weeks and covers such subjects as child-directed play, emotional regulation, and leading kids toward emotional and social success. Food and childcare are provided. There is no cost to attend.

PREPARES Pregnancy and Parenting Support at Catholic Charities of Eastern Washington (East 5th Ave)

The PREPARES program provides diapers, wipes, formula every 30 days with no appointment necessary. Other items such as strollers, pack and plays, high chairs, and baby clothing are offered every 60 days and need to be ordered beforehand. This program also offers parenting classes, case management, breastfeeding support, kindergarten preparation, and a support group for moms.
