Participants often include individuals with autism, ADHD, mild cognitive delays, learning differences, social anxiety, and other social-emotional challenges. Using an experiential, conversation-based learning model, programs focus on building confidence, flexibility, self-advocacy, perspective-taking, and social problem-solving skills.
